clean room rainfall shower breakfast buffet
i stayed in a superior double room it was really clean the bathroom included a rainfall shower i found new towels every day they also had a good breakfast buffet with lots of choices i especially liked the fresh pastries. the location was super near the train station so getting around was easy
the elevator did not reach all floors so i had to carry my luggage up one flight of stairs

hot eggs helpful staff
I found the breakfast selection to be plentiful with hot scrambled eggs available daily. The reception staff were very helpful , they assisted with storing luggage before my train departure.
The room decor felt a LITTLE dated.

unfriendly staff bad impression
the location was really good, near transport options and convenient.
the front desk person weren't friendly at all, it was a bad first impression. i seemed like i wasn't welcome and they didn't want to assist me with my questions. this.

easy access and great location
easy access comfortable beds helpful staff clean room
The hotel was simple to locate from the bus station I found its proximity convenient. Staff interactions were good especially at the reception desk they proved to be very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms plus bathrooms were clean and tidy. A balcony provided a nice space to relax after a long day.
The shower enclosure was somewhat small I think some guests might find it a bit of a squeeze.

The facilities included a mini fridge in the room this was useful for storing drinks. A desk with a lamp provided a dedicated workspace for those needing to work. Sufficient cabinets were available.

The breakfast buffet was abundant with scrambled eggs and hot bacon daily. Coffee, milk, and tea were readily available it was good. Many types of bread, croissants and yogurts were available providing ample choice.
Location
10/10
The location near the train station was a huge plus local pastry shops were nearby. A laundromat and great restaurants were also within easy walking distance. Vaporetto stops added to the convenience.
